The agenda of our extraordinary general meeting includes the following topics:

• Opening of the general meeting
• Establishment of the proper invitation
• Establishment of the quorum
• Approval of the agenda
• Election of the auditors
• Motion to amend the Statutes and resolution
• Miscellaneous
• Closing words of the Chairperson

Each member may request in writing that the agenda be amended or supplemented up to two weeks before the extraordinary general meeting. Admission of the request requires the approval of the Executive Committee or the General Assembly.
