The annual general meeting is a welcome opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss the agenda of the EULISP Alumni Association for the coming year and to further promote the development of our association. In view of the current worsening of the pandemic situation and in order to enable as many members as possible to attend, we have decided to hold this year’s General Meeting in virtual form in accordance with § 9 para. 2a of our Statutes.

The General Meeting of EULISP-Alumni e.V. 2021 will take place on:

• Opening of the general meeting
• Establishment of the proper invitation
• Establishment of the quorum
• Approval of the agenda
• Annual report of the Executive Board for the past calendar year
• Financial report of the Treasurer
• Discharge and election of the Executive Board
• Motions submitted in accordance with the statutes
• Possible dates for the General Assembly 2022
• Miscellaneous
• Closing words of the Chairperson

Any member may request in writing that the agenda be amended or supplemented. Admission of the motion requires the approval of the Executive Committee or the General Meeting.
