Dezember 2022 \num 17:00 Uhr \nWebex-Meeting \nDie Tagesordnung unserer außerordentlichen Mitgliederversammlung sieht folgende Punkte vor: \n\nBegrüßung\nEröffnung der Mitgliederversammlung\nFeststellung der ordnungsgemäßen Einladung\nFeststellung der Beschlussfähigkeit\nGenehmigung der Tagesordnung\nWahl der KassenprüferInnen\nAntrag Satzungsänderung und Beschluss\nVerschiedenes\nSchlusswort der Vorsitzenden\n\nJedes Mitglied kann schriftlich die Änderung oder Ergänzung der Tagesordnung bis zwei Wochen vor der außerordentlichen Mitgliederversammlung beantragen. Dieses Mal möchten wir uns in München treffen\, und zwar ab 19.00 Uhr im Wirtshaus Görreshof in der Münchner Innenstadt (Görresstraße 38\, 80798 München). Wir freuen uns sehr darauf\, viele Alumni bei diesem Event kennenlernen und wiedersehen zu dürfen.

DESCRIPTION:Liebe EULISP-Alumni\, \ndie jährliche Mitgliederversammlung bietet eine willkommene Möglichkeit\, um gemeinsam in Austausch zu treten\, die Agenda des EULISP-Alumni Vereins für das kommende Jahr zu besprechen und die Entwicklung unseres Vereins weiter voranzutreiben. Um möglichst vielen Mitgliedern eine Teilnahme zu ermöglichen\, haben wir uns als Vorstand dazu entschieden\, die diesjährige Mitgliederversammlung gemäß § 9 Abs. 2a unserer Satzung in virtueller Form abzuhalten. \nDie Mitgliederversammlung des EULISP-Alumni e.V. 2022 findet statt am: \nMittwoch\, 28.
