DESCRIPTION:Liebe EULISP-Alumni\, \ndie jährliche Mitgliederversammlung bietet eine willkommene Möglichkeit\, um gemeinsam in Austausch zu treten\, die Agenda des EULISP-Alumni Vereins für das kommende Jahr zu besprechen und die Entwicklung unseres Vereins weiter voranzutreiben. In Anbetracht der gegenwärtigen Verschärfung der Pandemielage und um möglichst vielen Mitgliedern eine Teilnahme zu ermöglichen\, haben wir uns als Vorstand dazu entschieden\, die diesjährige Mitgliederversammlung gemäß § 9 Abs. 2a unserer Satzung in virtueller Form abzuhalten. \nDie Mitgliederversammlung des EULISP-Alumni e.V. 2021 findet statt am: \nDienstag\, 21. Dezember 2021 \num 19:00 Uhr \nOnline-Meeting \nDie Tagesordnung unserer Mitgliederversammlung sieht folgende Punkte vor: \n\nBegrüßung\nEröffnung der Mitgliederversammlung\nFeststellung der ordnungsgemäßen Einladung\nFeststellung der Beschlussfähigkeit\nGenehmigung der Tagesordnung\nJahresbericht des Vorstands für das abgelaufene Kalenderjahr\nFinanzbericht der Schatzmeisterin\nEntlastung und Neuwahl des Vorstands\nSatzungsgemäß gestellte Anträge\nMögliche Termine für die Mitgliederversammlung 2022\nVerschiedenes\nSchlusswort des Vorsitzenden\n\nJedes Mitglied kann schriftlich die Änderung oder Ergänzung der Tagesordnung beantragen. DESCRIPTION:Dear EULISP Alumni\, \nThe annual general meeting is a welcome opportunity to exchange ideas\, discuss the agenda of the EULISP Alumni Association for the coming year and to further promote the development of our association. In view of the current worsening of the pandemic situation and in order to enable as many members as possible to attend\, we have decided to hold this year’s General Meeting in virtual form in accordance with § 9 para. 2a of our Statutes. \nThe General Meeting of EULISP-Alumni e.V. 2021 will take place on: \nTuesday\, 21 December 2021\nat 19:00\nonline meeting \nThe agenda of our General Meeting includes the following topics: \n• Welcome\n• Opening of the general meeting\n• Establishment of the proper invitation\n• Establishment of the quorum\n• Approval of the agenda\n• Annual report of the Executive Board for the past calendar year\n• Financial report of the Treasurer\n• Discharge and election of the Executive Board\n• Motions submitted in accordance with the statutes\n• Possible dates for the General Assembly 2022\n• Miscellaneous\n• Closing words of the Chairperson \nAny member may request in writing that the agenda be amended or supplemented.
